Off to my first Slimming World meeting tonight in an attempt to lose my 4 stone this year.
If the consultant is Marjorie Dawes and the diet plans consist of dust then I'm off.

Ah but if you have watched the Christmas specials, you will know that at this moment Ms Dawes is residing in a Texas jail where she belongs
But she could have escaped and now be plotting her empire among the hapless fatties of Surrey.
She could even (shudder) be starting a health spa company with Bubbles De Vere

Thanks Ellee - I go on diets regularly for about a month, so hopefully a bit of structure might help.
