The Definition of Irony....

Raining non-stop since the imposition of a drought order.

Bloody water companies should sort out their leaks rather than worrying about whether or not I take a bath or a shower or whimpering about someone washing their car.

It's time that big businesses started to justify their massive profits. I have no problem with big profits, I think they are a good thing, but when a water company imposes strict rules on their customers and fails to sort out their own leaks which are surely more damaging to the water supply than Mrs Miggins watering her petunias, then there is no justification for such huge profits. Profits and dividends to share holders should be a reward for a job well done, not an automatic right, no matter how shoddy service is.
